Senior/Junior Design Engineer (Hardware/Analog/Firmware/Optical)
Objective:
Responsibilities:
- Provide design and development from Prototype to Finished Product that can be released to Manufacturing.
- Provide technical guidance to low-noise Analog design and embedded board.
Qualification:
- Interact with Marketing to develop specifications for new product development.
- Design and fabricate prototypes and evaluate the performance of the prototype.
- Interact with customers in new product trials.
- Interact on multi-functional product development teams.
- Proactive in identifying design and technical challenges early in design stage.
- Create new, innovative and creative idea to solve technical challenges in Analog design.
Year of Experience:
- BE in Electronics and Electrical
Type of Experience: Hardware/Analog
- Minimum 3 years, Fresh engineers are encouraged to apply as well for junior position.
- Expatriate positions available.
Firmware
- Experience in low-noise analog circuit design in Precision Measurement Unit.
- Understand the process and design rules for Design for Manufacturing, Testability and Reliability.
- Knowledge and understanding of EMI/EMC design & test, and system grounding.
- Understand various analog technology used in Precision Measurement Unit like ADC, DAC, DMM and Clean Power Supply.
- Hand-on designing Precision Measurement Unit like DMM, ADC, DAC and Clean Power Supply.
- Hand-on in solving EMI/EMC challenges.
- Ability to analyze the performance of different analog module using various analog and measuring instrument.
- Proficiency in use EDA tools for schematic capture, circuit simulation, and layout.
Optical
- Experience in embedded system firmware design and development.
- Strong programming is assembly, C/c++ language and knowledge in real-time OS.
- Knowledge and understanding of embedded system design and various communication bus (SPI, RS232/RS485, 12c, etc)
- Knowledge and understanding of microprocessor and/or microcontroller architecture.
- Knowledge and understanding of optical components (Lens, Mirrors, Apertures & Filter) and CCD Camera.
- Understand and experience in various LED optical characteristics and measurement methods and familiar with CIE standard are preferred.
- Understand the process and design rules for Design for Manufacturing, Design for Testability and Design for Reliability.
- Experience in using Power Supply, Oscilloscope and other measurement instrument are an added advantage.
- Experience in VHDL programming or/and Labview programming is preferred.
- Possess optical analyzing skill using Zemax.
- Possess optical components assembly skill.
Control Engineer
Responsibilities:
Requirements:
- Responsible for the control system design, wiring installation, project planning of manufacturing and plant automation equipments.
- Diploma or Degree in Electrical / Electronics / Mechatronics
- Indepth knowledge on Machine Electrical Design and Safety Standard Using Acad Software
- Indepth knowledge on Control System Design, especially Servo and Stepper Motor application
- Basic knowledge on Machine Control Programming and application of Programmable Logic Control (PLC) · Fresh Grads – 2 years of working experience
- Proactive and work effectively under pressure
- Good personal time management
- Willing to travel
- Good Communication skill in English, Mandarin, Malay
Mechanical Design Engineer
Responsibilities:
Requirements:
- Responsible to carry out conceptual and actual design for automation solutions.
- Strives to meet with the production and quality goals set by the department and ensure the project assigned complete
- on schedule.
- Ensure design output meet with the design input.
- Produce quality design to meet with internal and external customer expectations.
- Complete the parts drawings, quality user manual and assembly information record.
- Explore any improvement opportunity and makes proposal for corrective and preventive actions.
- Diploma/Advanced Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechatronics/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of working experience in automation industry, material handling project or automotive line equipment.
- Fresh grads are also encouraged to apply.
- Familiar with pneumatics and motion control.
- Good skill in operating design software (MDT, Inventer etc)
- Action-oriented person.
Software Engineer
Responsibilities:
Requirements:
- Conduct research, design and develop software programs.
- Conduct program testing and fault finding.
- Research on new technologies.
- Bolt together existing software products and to get incompatible platforms to work together.
- Create technical specifications, operational documentation and test plans.
- Provide support maintenance for software detects.
- Diploma/Advanced Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Computer Science/Information
- Technology, Automation or equivalent.
- Fresh engineers are encouraged to apply
- Experience working with programming tool such as PLC (Programmable Logic Controller), MS VB.Net, C#,C++, PHP etc.
Technician
Objective:
Responsibilities:
- To provide support for Engineering and Production build.
Qualification:
- To build product.
- To troubleshoot and repair fault or return product.
- Interact with customers in new product trials.
- Create innovative idea to solve technical challenges.
- Record and Document the detail work done.
Year of Experience:
- Diploma in Electronics/Mechanical or equivalent.
Type of Experience:
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Skill Required:
- Experience in using Power Supply, Oscilloscope and other measurement instrument are an added advantage.
- Experience in Autodesk is an added advantage.
Others:
- Soldering skill, debug and repair skill.
- MUST be highly adaptable to changes.
- MUST have strong interest in learning, developing and implementing new technology.
- MUST be willing to work under shift, on call and overtime if required.
