School Coordinator for Underprivileged children
Good morning,

We are in search of someone who is interested in

As a school coordinator, there are two main roles and responsibilities to shoulder upon. They are:

Role 1: Operation Manager
Responsibilities

1. Reports to CEO
2. Develops a structured school system and manages the entire operation of the school.
3. Oversees the teaching, school activities, fellow staffs and student welfare.
4. Guides and supervises teammates (school staffs) to perform optimally in their duties.
5. Establishes cooperation with other organizations to develop the school such as through volunteer works and donation/sponsorship.
6. Assists CEO in hiring school staffs and related workforce.


Role 2: Teacher

Responsibilities

1. Guide and supervise the students throughout the
learning process and in the self development as a
human.
2. Teach relevant subjects in the school.
3. Implement good conducts through teaching.

Requirement:

1. Able to drive (preference).
2. Pleasant personality/ willing to meet people of all walks.
3. Possess good communication skill.
3. Interested in charity work.
4. Work extra hours for the sake of helping those unfortunate ones without
expectation of any reward.
6. Sharing, caring & loving.
7. If possible, willing to stay in Klang or nearby.
