HR MANAGER - RM7,000 Responsibilities: • Take full responsibility for all levels of talent recruitment, growth and retention with ability to lead the development and application of talent guidelines, frameworks, and methodologies; • Develops, implements and monitors compensation, benefits programs and packages to ensure that the company is able to attract and retain good employees; • Improves employee satisfaction by identifying & responding to concerns and developing morale-building program; • Initiating, coordinating, and enforcing human resources policies and procedures; • Coaching, counselling, and disciplining employees; • Managing the payroll function; • Review and initiating existing & new OJT programs for its effectiveness. Requirements: • Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent; • Minimum 3 years in managerial capacity and relevant working experience as HR Generalist; • Sound knowledge of Malaysia Labour Law, Industrial Relation Act and prevailing HR practices and legislation; • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to interact well at all levels; • Ability to multi-task and work on several projects/tasks at a time; • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both spoken and written of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
